With 24-hour licensed nursing we are able to provide the following areas of assistance
- wound and pain management,
- feeding tubes,
- dementia care,
- IV therapy.
The rehabilitative staff works closely with nursing to enhance the residents' strength and vitality by providing physical, occupational, speech, swallow and cognitive therapies. All of these are coordinated with each patient's physician.
In order to assure optimum health, three nutritious and pleasing meals are served in our elegant dining room or delivered to the patients's room. Between meals, we offer healthy snacks and hydration to assist the recuperation.
Our highly trained staff includes registered nurses (RNs), licensed vocational nurses (LVNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). These professionals recognize that each resident has individual needs and tailor their care plans accordingly.
GlenBrook provides a higher nursing ratio than California State requirements. This equates to more attentive care for our residents. All of this makes GlenBrook an unsurpassed skilled nursing community!
