<P>GlenView Assisted Living Residence</P>
<P>This two-story, Spanish Colonial building includes 70 residential style studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The professional staff provides personalized services to residents needing additional assistance with daily living tasks. Services include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication, and diet as well as delicious restaurant style meal service in the community dining room. A full activity program and scheduled transportation to community activities enhances the quality of life for all residents. Other amenities include social lounges, activity rooms, library, and a beautifully landscaped interior courtyard.</P>
<P>GlenBrook Skilled Nursing Center</P>
<P>GlenBrook is a state-of-the art, 70 bed, Medicare certified, skilled nursing center adjacent to the La Costa Glen campus. A caring, supportive, and professional staff combined with a home-like environment provides 24-hour nursing care on a short or long-term basis. GlenBrook also offers comprehensive short-term rehabilitation services for patients requiring physical therapy following a serious fracture, joint replacement or stroke. Long term care insurance and HMOs are accommodated.</P>
<P>Alzheimer's/Dementia Care</P>
<P>Secure and separate environments have been designed within GlenBrook and GlenView to offer specialized care for those with memory impairments. All direct-care staff complete an intensive training program to enhance their professional skills in working with the cognitively impaired. Services are tailored to each individual's unique needs. Therapeutic, recreational, and outdoor garden areas provide a secure and invigorating environment. Specialized programming includes gardening, music, crafts, pets and special theme events.</P>
<P>Respite Care</P>
<P>Placing a loved one for a short 'respite' in the comfort and security of either GlenView or GlenBrook can provide a welcome relief for family caregivers.
